"🚨 POLITICAL SHOCKER! — BILL CLINTON IN HOT WATER AFTER BLOWING OFF CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENA!"

Democrats continue to believe they are somehow above the fray when it comes to expectations that they follow society’s rules and obey society’s laws.
Former President Bill Clinton defied a congressional subpoena Tuesday by failing to appear for a scheduled deposition before the House Oversight Committee as part of its investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Clinton had been ordered to participate in a sworn, closed-door deposition scheduled for 10 a.m. as part of the committee’s bipartisan investigation.
Fox News Digital reported that its journalists did not observe Clinton entering or leaving the committee area around the scheduled appearance.
Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., had previously warned that Clinton could face contempt of Congress proceedings if he failed to comply with the subpoena.
Several lawmakers did arrive for the scheduled deposition, including Republican Reps. Lauren Boebert of Colorado and Scott Perry of Pennsylvania.
Clinton’s absence could now set up another confrontation between the former president and the Republican-led committee as lawmakers determine whether to pursue contempt proceedings or other measures to enforce the subpoena.
Comer has also warned former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that she could face contempt of Congress proceedings if she fails to comply with the committee’s subpoena requiring her to testify Wednesday.
The confrontation stems from subpoenas approved last July by the House Oversight Committee’s subcommittee overseeing federal law enforcement as lawmakers expanded their investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and the government’s handling of the case.
The subcommittee unanimously authorized subpoenas for 10 individuals as part of the investigation.
Among those called to provide testimony were former Attorney General Bill Barr and former FBI Director James Comey.
Bill and Hillary Clinton were also included because of questions lawmakers want answered concerning their past associations with Epstein and information they may possess relevant to the committee’s investigation.

A committee spokesperson said neither Clinton had contacted the panel regarding the subpoenas or explained their apparent refusal to appear this week.
Comer initially issued the subpoenas a year ago.
The Clintons had originally been scheduled for depositions in October 2025, but Comer said in November that, following discussions with their attorney, David Kendall, the dates were rescheduled to Dec. 17 for former President Clinton and Dec. 18 for former Secretary Clinton, the report said.
“It has been more than four months since Bill and Hillary Clinton were subpoenaed to sit for depositions related to our investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s horrific crimes,” Comer said in a statement at the time.
“Throughout that time, the former President and former Secretary of State have delayed, obstructed, and largely ignored the Committee staff’s efforts to schedule their testimony,” he added.
“If the Clintons fail to appear for their depositions next week or schedule a date for early January, the Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings to hold them accountable,” he added.
Comer’s comments came just hours after Democrats on the committee released a set of photographs taken from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, including images of President Trump, former President Clinton, and Britain’s Prince Andrew.
The 19 photos made public represent a small fraction of the more than 95,000 images the committee received from Epstein’s estate.
Epstein died by suicide in August 2019 while in federal custody awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
Bill Clinton’s association with Epstein has been public for years, including reports that he traveled on Epstein’s private aircraft after leaving office.
A spokesperson for the former president has previously said that he ended contact with Epstein well before the financier’s 2019 arrest and was unaware of the criminal conduct alleged against him.
Those earlier connections have drawn renewed attention as Congress seeks additional investigative records related to Epstein and pursues testimony from individuals who had prior interactions with him.
MN Fraud Scandal Widens Amid Talk Of Deporting Ilhan Omar

Another member of a Minnesota family tied to a large federal fraud case is expected to plead guilty, according to court records and reporting, amid new calls to deport Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar over claims she committed fraud to enter the U.S. years ago.
Gandi Mohamed, 45, is scheduled to enter a plea at a hearing Thursday, where he could plead guilty or no contest in connection with the scheme, Fox9 Minneapolis reported.
Prosecutors allege the family fraudulently claimed to provide meals through a federal child nutrition program while diverting approximately $14 million for personal use. Authorities say Mohamed is the sixth member of his family to face conviction in the case.
Center of the American Experiment policy fellow Bill Glahn told Fox News Digital that “it’s good that he and his co-conspirators have all been convicted in the case, however, a courtroom trial would have been a useful exercise to show the public the scope and scale of the fraud.”
The Mohamed family attended the now-infamous meeting in 2021, where Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison met with members of the Somali community. During the meeting, individuals attempting to commit fraud could be heard asking the attorney general for assistance in securing additional funding. The discussion later shifted to the topic of campaign donations.
“The only way that we can protect what we have is by inserting ourselves into the political arena. Putting our votes where it needs to be. But most importantly, putting our dollars in the right place. And supporting candidates that will fight to protect our interests,” one of the Somali community members says in the recording. Ellis responded: “That’s right.”
Ellison has denied any wrongdoing related to the recording, stating that he was completely unaware of the fraudsters’ crimes during the meeting. This meeting took place before any convictions in the case and prior to any indictments by President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice.

“Our Attorney General, Keith Ellison, is not only looking the other way but doing so after taking donations from these very fraudsters,” Republican Dalia al-Aqidi, who is running against Omar, told Fox News Digital. “This is a betrayal of every Minnesotan who trusted him with that office.”
“Which is why I’ve rolled out a five-point plan to prevent fraud before it starts,” al-Aqidi said, adding that people in Omar’s district are “furious” about the scandal.
“This isn’t just about taxpayers, it’s about people who really need food and housing. Preventing fraud isn’t complicated, it just takes the political will to stop this type of abuse. It’s clear that this scheme is being used to buy votes, and that has to stop,” he said.
Meanwhile, an unofficial X account is calling for Omar to be extradited to the Republic of Somaliland after Vice President JD Vance said in a recent interview she “definitely” committed marriage fraud to enter the U.S. in the early 2000’s.
“Deportation? Please you’re just sending the princess back to her kingdom. Extradition? Say the word …” the post from the RepofSomaliland account read.
In the interview, the vice president and leading 2028 GOP presidential contender said he has spoken with White House immigration advisor Stephen Miller about legal action against Omar, saying, “We think Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.”
“We’re trying to look at what the remedies are,” Vance told interviewer Benny Johnson. “That’s the thing that we’re trying to figure out is what are the legal remedies now that we know that she’s committed immigration fraud — how do you go after her, how do you investigate her, how do you actually do the thing, how do you build a case necessary to get some justice for the American people?”
Obamas Mocked For Sharing 34th Anniversary With Beach Photos

A quiet walk toward the ocean became the centerpiece of a public celebration this week.
The photographs offered a glimpse of a long marriage familiar to millions, but kept the occasion personal.
Barack and Michelle Obama marked their 34th wedding anniversary on October 3 with barefoot beach photos and affectionate tributes.
One image showed the former president and first lady holding hands as they walked toward the water.
The couple shared the picture alongside other photographs and a video montage spanning different chapters of their relationship.
Michelle wore a patterned ankle-length cardigan, matching taupe trousers, a gold headband, and her hair in a knotted ponytail.
Barack wore a dark jacket, gray trousers, and a white baseball cap while carrying white tennis shoes.
Neither wore shoes for the beach stroll that anchored the anniversary collection.
The relaxed scene stood apart from the formal appearances that have defined much of their public life.
Their other selections reached from their wedding day to the White House and the years since.
Michelle addressed her husband directly in a message accompanying the photographs.
“Love you just keeps getting better and better! Happy anniversary, @BarackObama,” she wrote.
She added, “Here’s to many, many more years of joy, laughter, and memories to come.”
Barack responded with his own tribute and a more recent photograph of them together.
“Happy anniversary, @MichelleObama! I’m still the luckiest guy in the world to be with you,” he wrote.
In his accompanying image, Michelle stood with her arms around him as he smiled and looked at her.
She wore a white dress with an asymmetrical neckline, while he appeared in a navy blue suit.
Their anniversary messages were brief, personal, and written in their voices.
The couple married in Chicago in 1992, years before Barack Obama entered the White House.
Thirty-four years later, their shared photographs offered a look back across those public and private milestones.

Black-and-white wedding photographs appeared among the images selected for the anniversary posts.
White House-era pictures supplied another chapter from the years when the family lived in Washington.
More recent photographs showed that their public appearances did not end with Barack’s presidency.
The montage also featured the pair slow dancing during a coordinated date night.
Another moment showed them laughing together at the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.
Images from the center included appearances in June, around its opening.
The collection also featured an image from the September 11 memorial marking the attacks’ 25th anniversary.
Those choices brought together moments of celebration, public service, and everyday affection in one anniversary reel.
Their daughters, Malia and Sasha, grew up during much of the family’s time in the national spotlight.
Malia is now 28, and Sasha is 25, according to the anniversary report.
Michelle has spoken publicly about family life after her daughters moved out.
This anniversary tribute, however, kept its focus on her marriage and the years she and Barack have shared.
The two messages approached that history from different angles.
Michelle emphasized how their love has grown and looked toward future memories.
Barack focused on his gratitude for being with her.
The beach photograph reinforced both messages without relying on a formal setting or elaborate caption.
It showed a couple walking together, with the ocean ahead and their shoes left off.
For two people whose lives have often played out under intense public attention, the image was strikingly simple.
The posts offered selected snapshots rather than a complete portrait of their private marriage.
That distinction matters whenever a public figure shares personal moments with a large audience.
Still, the couple chose to celebrate the milestone publicly and exchange direct words of affection.

The anniversary posts contained no policy announcement and made no appeal about an election, Yahoo Entertainment reported.
They were a personal exchange from a former president and first lady who remain prominent public figures.
