PART 4: THE TABLES TURN

Richard froze, his hand hovering mid-air. A flicker of genuine unease crossed his face for the first time. "What are you talking about?" he sneered defensively, though his voice lacked its previous thunder. "You're delusional. Give me that phone right now!"
"I built this company's foundational network, Richard," Clara said, her tone level and lethal. "Every smart contract, every encrypted client file, and every hidden transaction you thought you wiped is currently mirroring to a federal compliance server. Not mine. The Department of Justice's."
As if on cue, the heavy silence of the suburban street was shattered by the distinct, blaring sirens of multiple law enforcement vehicles rounding the corner. Two unmarked federal SUVs and a local police cruiser sped down the street, their flashing red and blue lights painting the high-end modern houses in an erratic, pulsing glow. The vehicles came to a screeching halt directly in front of Richard’s driveway, blocking his expensive luxury car in.
Jessica’s smug smirk vanished instantly. Her color drained as federal agents in tactical windbreakers stepped out of the SUVs, their expressions grim and purposeful.
"Richard Vance and Jessica Moore?" the lead federal agent called out, flashing a metallic badge as he strode up the walkway. "You're both under arrest for corporate fraud, money laundering, and obstruction of justice."

Richard turned frantically toward the agents, his face turning pale with absolute panic. "There’s been a mistake! This is my house! My wife is unstable—she hacked my phone!" he stammered, pointing a shaking finger at Clara.
The agent didn't even glance at Richard. Instead, he walked past him, stopping respectfully in front of Clara.
