Julian held a press conference outside the courthouse.
He described the wedding scene as a misguided therapeutic exercise. He said Amanda’s grief and Sophie’s behavior had created an impossible family environment.
Then reporters played the ceiling footage.
They asked why he swung the folder toward the child.
He called it an accident.
They asked why the ring was in his pocket before entering the ballroom.
He blamed Victoria.
They asked why the report described the red stain before the wedding.
He blamed Keller.
The man who presented himself as the family’s responsible adult explained every decision as another person’s influence.
The defense failed because the audio contained his planning voice.
