She claimed Dakota staged the dress incident to seize corporate control during a family wedding.
She said the scissors were used to remove damaged fabric after Dakota tore the gown herself.
The bridal-suite camera showed Victoria entering with the scissors concealed inside a garment bag.
Audio captured her saying:
You will not walk into that chapel wearing Eleanor’s claim.
She then argued that the Founder’s Covenant was an outdated family ritual.
The trust charter showed it had been reviewed by courts and regulators during earlier restructurings.
