Tyler demanding a signature.
Ava refusing.
Tyler blocking the door.
Ava saying, “Do not touch me.”
The shove.
His attorney then argued that Tyler panicked after Ava lost balance.
A microphone captured him leaning over the railing and saying:
“She was not supposed to fall that far.”
