The petition requested that Richard control her medical and financial decisions until recovery.
A doctor named Paul Keller had signed the supporting report.
Claire had never met him.
Keller was a consultant for North Harbor Credit.
His report described a private examination that never occurred.
If approved, the guardianship would allow Richard to redirect trust distributions while delaying Claire’s surgery “for stabilization.”
The medical fund was not merely being requested.
A legal structure had been prepared to take it after she refused.
The petition included future progress notes.
One predicted Claire would accuse her father of stealing treatment money.
