It declared Lily emotionally unstable, excessively attached to her deceased mother, and vulnerable to manipulation by James.
Victoria sought temporary guardianship.
The supporting psychologist, Dr. Reeves, had never met Lily alone.
The petition described the birthday incident before it happened.
It predicted Lily would become hysterical after Victoria “set appropriate limits involving a sentimental object.”
The gift in the trash was part of the plan.
Victoria intended Lily to cry.
Guests would witness the scene.
Reeves would describe the reaction as evidence of instability.
James’s defense of his daughter would be framed as emotional impairment.
Then Victoria would control both Lily and the trust.
The timing was precise.
Lily’s trust was scheduled to vote against a merger Marcus needed to hide the foundation losses.
If Victoria gained emergency guardianship, she could approve it.
The drawing had disrupted the performance by revealing Anna’s letter.
