The drink contained the same sedative found in Nora’s blood.
Celeste claimed the glass belonged to her.
The table archive recorded her saying:
Finish the champagne, and this will be easier for everyone.
Nora had knocked the drink away.
The broken glass was not the danger.
The liquid inside it was.
Investigators also recovered a tiny label fragment beneath the table. It came from Dr. Vale’s clinic.
The sedative had been dispensed under Nora’s name without her informed consent.
Vale claimed Celeste told him Nora suffered severe insomnia.
His private messages proved otherwise.
