Adrian then claimed he wanted to protect Northbridge from collapse.
Grace Chen submitted audited figures proving the company had been profitable before he engineered artificial debt through consulting contracts.
The merger was never rescue.
It was extraction.
The judge ordered restitution and forfeiture of Adrian’s hidden investments in Vale’s clinic.
