It also showed Victoria pinning Grace’s blanket and cutting the call-button wire earlier.
A second camera recorded Victoria applying the neck brace in a parking garage before meeting reporters.
The protection order was denied.
However, the court did not ignore Daniel’s own misconduct.
Grace submitted evidence that he concealed financial clauses, shared her private tablet, and repeatedly dismissed her concerns.
Daniel’s attorneys wanted him to blame Victoria entirely.
He refused.

He stepped down from every position connected to the hospital acquisition.

Daniel accepted the losses.
