The Mansion’s Hidden Ownership

Chapter 10 - The Mansion’s Hidden Ownership

Adrian’s lawyers claimed half the penthouse as marital property.

The deed showed Ward Residential Holdings owned the entire building’s upper floors.

Adrian and Elena occupied them under a revocable executive-use license.

The furnishings belonged to the trust.

The art belonged to Catherine Ward’s estate.

Even the burgundy sofa Camille used as a throne had been selected by Elena’s mother.

Adrian owned clothing, personal investments, and legitimate equity earned through company performance.

He did not own the stage on which he declared himself king.

Victor revoked the occupancy license.

Elena did not remain either.

She chose a secure apartment overlooking the river.

Victor offered one of his homes.

She declined.

He nodded.
